Cheffing Fees are from $150 to $265 for 3 to 5 entrees with and without
sides for 4 - 6 servings on most entrees.

The Cheffing Fee includes a consultation, planning, preparation, shopping,  
cooking, packaging, storage, heating instruction w/ menu, and kitchen cleanup.   
      

Food costs are extra, allowing each client to make personal choices
regarding the kinds of foods preferred.

Any additional fees and changes to the basic packages will be discussed
during the personal consultation.  All-inclusive packages are available.

Cooking Instruction

Learn basic skills, advanced techniques, shortcuts, International
cuisine,  or just have fun cooking a meal together with your friends!

  • Hands On  - for 2 to 4 persons at chef's location
  • Demo - Dinner Party  - for 4 to 8 in your home
  • Private Class - for 1 to 2 persons     

Prices start at $50 per person plus cost of food with minimum of 4
students for a 1 1/2  demonstration session.   Individual instruction with
hands on experience ranges from $150 for  a 2 hour session to $235 for
a 4 hour class. Food costs vary according to skills taught.  
IN-HOME CULINARY SERVICES
Entertaining

Prices for In-home catering and meal preparation for intimate
gatherings of up to 25 persons is available for clients and will be
quoted on an individual basis after consultation.

Mice en Place
- Chef Denice preps everything earlier in the day for you to heat
and serve to your guests in the evening.

Dinner Buffet - serves up to 30 persons

Seated Dinners - serves 4 to 10 persons
