Cheffing Fees are from $150 to $265 for 3 to 5 entrees with or without
sides for 4 - 6 servings on most entrees.
The Cheffing Fee includes a consultation, planning, preparation, shopping,
cooking, packaging, storage, heating instruction w/ menu, and kitchen cleanup.
Food costs are extra, allowing each client to make personal choices
regarding the kinds of foods preferred.
Any additional fees and changes to the basic packages will be discussed
during the personal consultation. All-inclusive packages are available.

| Entertaining Prices for In-home catering and meal preparation for intimate gatherings of up to 25 persons is available for clients and will be quoted on an individual basis after consultation. Mice en Place - Chef Denice preps everything earlier in the day for you to heat and serve to your guests in the evening.
